Bison
The bison are kept on extensive pastures on selected farms in the USA and Canada. Due to the grazing, the young animals can move freely in the mother herds and, in addition to their mother's milk, also repeatedly ingest grasses and herbs via the pasture. This natural husbandry and the original genetics result in a high-quality, dark red piece of meat with a low fat content, which knows how to convince with its aroma. The low-cholesterol bison meat is also rich in iron and selenium and has a very good omega 3 to omega 6 ratio.
