Our comprehensive analysis of stabling systems also includes data about transport systems, waiting times at abattoirs and the actual process of slaughtering. Our quality management employees investigate hygiene conditions in slaughter lines and cutting halls, while our experienced buyers monitor compliance with cut specifications. Once the end product reaches the producer's chilled storage, our logistics specialists become active. Together with our partners in the countries of origin, they ensure that the products are sent to Switzerland via the best route, where they are made available to you on time.
